Addressing the 25% express surcharge only at pickup does not appear to be really customer-oriented. Open cash drawer, sales were only booked after requesting a till.

Underground! I had my blazer cleaned, which smelled strongly of chemical detergent after being cleaned by "Die Textilpflege". An employee explained to me that my blazer was probably not compatible with the new cleaning agent. Only after my complaint was the blazer cleaned a second time. Even then, the entire fabric smelled so intensely of chemistry that the garment is now permanently ruined. Although the employees admitted their mistakes, the cleaning manager showed no understanding and did not even reimburse me the € 11.90 cleaning fee. I could not be more dissatisfied and can only strongly advise against "Die Textilpflege".

Go for everything. Fast, cheap and also honest, if something makes no sense to clean.

Very unfriendly staff. Card payment is not accepted. Clothes looked the same as before, even smelled unpleasant. Pure waste of money !!
