We had problems with the heating and hot water for more than 14 days. Since the deployment on December 11th, 2020 by Mr. Santos and a trainee, the heating and hot water have been working properly again in all 75 residential units. Thank you for the good and reliable service.

We are very dissatisfied with this company. We had a defect in our heating at the beginning of March. The service was great and it was a technician on the same day and has the heating repaired. We have also requested that they send us an offer for a new heater and unfortunately nothing has come by the end of April. Then I called the company and was connected to a service employee. This seemed to be very overwhelmed and first told me that he has so much to do and that his colleague is now on vacation and he has to get used to (information that no customer would like to know). It took him 20 minutes to find our address or repair on the system heater, and in the meantime he gave me 2x the wrong customer name even though I clearly mentioned my name and address. When he found the address, it said: "Yes, we finish the offer and send it". We have received nothing until today and we do not want to have an offer anymore. Instead of an offer came now after 2 months, the bill for the heating over 600 €. The funny: payment target immediately .. and we wait 3 months. We will definitely buy our heater somewhere else!
