Incredibly bold and disorganized. I was about to pick up my DHL package, then an unfriendly lady was there who said, unfortunately, the PC has already shut down, I cannot give him the package until Monday. That could be anything but you weren't even told that you were can't get packages on Saturdays. Somehow the saleswoman also seemed as if she hadn't been in the mood to start up the PC because I can't imagine that it would make such a circumstance to knock my package out. if I had known, I would have avoided this store as a collection point. And I'll do that too. Especially because of the snotty employee. Super disappointed. Never again!
