I can warmly recommend Fitness & Health! Flemming and his team have been highly professional from the very beginning. I liked the trial training so much, I made the next appointment immediately afterwards. I can only recommend EMS training, massages and metabolic analysis! The first successes are already apparent after a short time: you feel fitter in everyday life and your muscles appear significantly strengthened.
