Go several times a week if it fits. Very good efficient exercises for the whole body. I can only recommend the studio.

I was already very satisfied with the Pilates class 3 years ago and now I'm thrilled again. Small groups, very competent and friendly trainer, very effective exercises with sore muscles 😅 It makes a lot of fun!

Very good trainer.It's very, very fun.All exercises that are very well explained will still be fun.It loosens up everything.I am 72 years old and it is a lot of fun. The Toni makes no difference to the age, but explains, if necessary, each participant the exercise. Toni keep it up
