I had a problem with the radiator that Minkau in Attendorn was commissioned to do. I suddenly received an invoice of approx. € 750 from the Minkau company, which made me very surprised. I should give clearance for the reperatu which I didn't. I called minkau to find out what the problem with the radiator is. It was said that the valve insert was defective and that these valves no longer existed from Dia Therm. Which is not the truth. I started looking for it and also asked Bischoff. The Werner Bischoff company was very, very helpful and immediately made this valve insert available to me and at the same time made an offer for the radiator which I would have paid approx. € 350-400 for installation. The radiator itself would only have cost around € 270 there. If it had happened I would have installed it myself, but was not necessary afterwards. When I replaced the valve insert and the heating still could not be turned cold, I found that it is not the valve insert that is broken, but the pin in the thermostat that closes the valve insert. So the company Minkau as a specialist company informed me incorrectly and the probability that this was done to replace the entire radiator is very high. I bought a valve insert from the Bischoff company for a total of € 10. The company made several commitments and helped me a lot with the error analysis. I can absolutely recommend it.
