Beautiful city.

Unreasonable and unfair according to our fairness or sense of justice is the behavior of the Homberg city administration regarding the reservation of parcels (land). Several times (!) Were z. This lasted for months! Just because he gabbled during a phone call, by mentioning "Mr. King", we knew in the end who had come to enjoy a preferential treatment: the right in the heart of homberg (Efze) based, very solvent and potent company "King Real Estate". .. Furthermore, he told us, after we had contacted him several times, finally on the phone that, although we were actually in third place, we would "skip" the second-largest interested parties, as we would have called more often. This "skipping" was also tolerated by Mr. Strak, who was informed by me on the telephone of this "spontaneous idea" of his colleague. We then forwarded this preferential treatment to Mr. Ziegler in writing and resolutely rejected it. The latter, who was presented to us as head of department, was sadly also completely criticism-resistant. An apparently conspiratorial community that, especially in the case of mistakes, holds together like pitch and sulfur. A farce par excellence. Overall, such a procurement procedure can only be described as "arbitrary" and is not worthy of an official city administration. We are very upset and disappointed. Our appeal is: Finally, create written (!) Public Procurement Directives for which you also adhere strictly and comprehensibly (!), So that life decisions do not depend on whim of the discretion of the people entrusted with the reservation of real estate. By its own admission to date such guidelines do not exist. PS: The young, dashingly approaching mayor Hr. Dr. Nico Ritz wrote us on 23.08.2018 u. a. The following: "[...] I'll get back to you soon." He wanted to get down to business quickly. Four months have now passed without Hr. Ritz has reported to us ... Shameful.
