Had last week bought Stollen confectionery, which was freshly packed and was very good, today it was already packaged and tasted totally OLD, like chewing gum 🙄
I wanted to order a cappuccino with cake but unfortunately there was no saleswoman behind the counter 🤷🏻♀️ I waited, called several times, nobody came! .... I did not have that much time and left!

Hello Stefanie from Brunner-Baker-Google-Team,
I first sent the e-mail on 26.05.2019 to the state-certified sales manager of the expansion and organization department. (I would like to mention the name of the employee here consciously.) When I did not receive an answer, I had sent the mail again on 28.05.2019 to info. Received no response twice. It's funny that I should send them to the same email address again.
As requested, I sent the mail again today to "info". I'm curious if I get an answer now.
