Very disappointed! Never again! I saw Mr. Kramer as a dentist who was not honest with me. On the one hand, I had the feeling that he was constantly trying to sell me some private services that my health insurance company did not pay and that I should pay for myself. On the other hand, I had his teeth cleaned, which was much more expensive than other dentists. Since this is calculated according to time, I noticed that documentation was done on the computer during the treatment. However, the documentation is not part of tooth cleaning or may not be included in the treatment costs as time. A separate appointment should be made for every little thing. I don't know if it was to fill the empty waiting room. In any case, I had never seen another patient during my three ternines. I can say for myself that this practice will never see me again!
