Apparently a constant problem with all orthodontists when talking to other parents. I assume that the majority of the patients are students. Some of them are already in the final grades. We increasingly live in a service company, so I also expect business hours to be adapted to the 'customers'. But since there are hardly any alternatives, you can continue. Then there is always complaining about the patient's lack of cooperation and cooperation. But if the brace causes pain, then that's just the way it is. Is it surprising if the clip is not worn? It is also not possible to work with a local dentist because he lacks the skills. But what special competence is required for tooth cleaning, which is carried out by the helper anyway, who a normal dentist does not have? In my case, the costs of cleaning (15% more than at the dentist) also add travel costs. Not to mention the loss of time. My conclusion: Too rude, too inflexible and profit-oriented. But unfortunately there are no alternatives at least here in our area.
