At the age of 72 - much too late - I finally made it through to see a urologist. Symptoms of illness were repeatedly ignored. The determination of the PSA value and the result took one day, on which I was immediately and thoroughly examined, with immediate laboratory results and diagnosis. The staff initiated the investigations in a friendly and competent manner, especially without long waiting times. The doctor treating me, Dr. Bold, explained his diagnosis to me in a calming and empathic manner and the further treatment determined.
