I've been going to this practice for almost 20 years. The doctors are very friendly and always respond to you. However, since my chronically ill daughter came to the practice 2 years ago, one of the medical assistants has become more and more unfriendly, snippy and very mean. (I'm already taking it personally). From her side, my daughter should not have been admitted at all because admission was suspended at that time. Another doctor's assistant, however, took my daughter in and there was no effort on the part of the doctor. Unfortunately this situation has not changed in these 2 years. Every time I have to call or go there, I just have to be angry. If I will go somewhere else now, I will at least save my precious nerves !!

I know only two doctors, in which I am in good hands. Including Dr. Westphal. She is really committed, sees the person as an individual and wants to find out the cause of the discomfort. I was in a week therefore three times (!) In practice. So much time and patience has become rare, thank you very much.
