The doctor is very nice and always agrees with you. But unfortunately we are being attacked more and more often by the doctor's assistant, which is a shame because my daughter has a chronic illness. Unfortunately, I don't feel comfortable going there any further. We will go to someone else

I have had very positive experiences with Dr. Westphal and it would have been nice if my son had also appreciated her as a general practitioner. But the friendliness of the staff at the reception left a lot to be desired. It is understandable if no more patients can be admitted, but a little support or advice which general practitioner they would recommend (surely there will be representations) is not too much to ask. We were simply said goodbye, we just had to gobble everyone up. Too bad it would be that easy. So if someone is looking for a doctor, you don't need to go there. You just get a bloody nose.
