Very nice, modern, well-kept studio. The atmosphere is so familiar that the trainer even writes to you and motivates you to come back if you haven't been seen for too long! ;-)
I have been training in lady sports for about 2 years.
Before that, I had severe back pain that even radiated into my leg. Since I've been training here specifically on the eGym equipment and regularly going to courses such as Back and Abdominal Legs, these pains are almost history. I feel a lot better and have developed a good body image.
The employees and trainers are very nice, motivate and take care of their customers.
I can only recommend everyone to invest in their health.
Great studio with the latest craze (Egym), very nice trainers who always encourage and support you, especially jumping challenges everything from you!
Wide range of offers and training options at a reasonable price. I feel very, very well looked after there and like to go to training!
