In itself it is a very modern, high quality gym with a good selection of health courses and nice trainers. The HofSports is always equipped with the latest, so it offers the trend sport "jumping" (it is incredibly fun despite the fact that you are finished afterwards) and facilitates training with the newly introduced EGym. However, I have to say that membership has now become too expensive for me, which in my opinion does not equal the price-performance ratio. With a new contract, the monthly fee keeps increasing. In addition, you have to book the EGym again with an additional annual fee. If you don't use this, the choice of other devices is very limited. In addition, many devices have been exchanged for “muscle length trainers” (devices that are supposed to make warming up easier). These, too, may not be used without paying a further annual fee. I also think it's a shame that the classic and popular courses, such as Zumba or Step, are no longer offered. It seems to me that the aim is to save personnel. On the training area, you won't always find the support you need when you have questions or need guidance. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, the sauna cannot be used and you still have to pay the usual fee. I had very good training hours there and was able to achieve my training goals very well, so HofSports deserved 3 stars from me despite the points mentioned above. In the future, however, I will look for other training options.

Competent team, high-quality equipment and well-tended changing, shower and wellness areas. After the professional instruction, the new E-Gym system is great fun and you can train independently without fear of wrong execution, as the personalized settings are saved and loaded via a chip. If necessary, however, a trainer is always available. Only train efficiently twice a week with little expenditure of time - I couldn't think of anything better!
