The best in Hof.
Money is made here, but the focus is on the customer. You work with him, you somehow belong to it, you have that feeling. High level of expertise, very, very friendly. You really like to come here.

Playing squash is always possible
A sports center, which has much to offer. Markus, the boss in the ring, is always friendly and always has a casual saying on his lips.
He uses his many years of experience specifically in training. A plan is created that is tailored to the individual and of course can be changed. During the workout, you can also fall back on various drinks when you feel thirsty.
In addition to the classic gym there is the possibility to participate in different courses, like for the back or for kid's. If you want to play squash, you can let off steam here too.
The changing rooms are spacious. After showering you can take a sauna or enjoy a steam bath.
