Absolute recommendation. Nice, clean studio with a great atmosphere - run by a teacher who knows what she is doing! Nicole offers a wide range of courses. The booking conditions are absolutely fair and flexible. During the lessons, Nicole offers alternatives and aids in case an asana does not fit and goes into the individual possibilities. Work out or really relax? You will find it in the Niyama Yoga Hof!

Nicole is a competent yoga teacher. She is always friendly, offers help and increases your motivation. You can feel absolutely comfortable in their premises. I can only recommend the Niyama Yoga Hof! 👍

This is a really great studio. Wonderful atmosphere, good smell, and thoughtful. A nice booking system simple course overview, and fully equipped. Everything you need for a good hour of yoga.
