We were looking for a pellet and a log stove on recommendation, we went to the Eckadt company, we experienced a very friendly and high-quality advice, all our questions were fully answered, the offer followed very promptly, the price top, ordered the same day the offer was received, looking forward to the delivery. We don't usually write reviews. But I have to get rid of them. And hope that our case is only an isolated one. Otherwise the company will soon be in the Frankenpost as a corona victim. Now to our story. Unfortunately, our experience with Eckardt has not been particularly good. The advice in the exhibition was still completely ok. Hence the one star. Unfortunately, no off-the-peg fireplace fits into our house. So that during the tour of the exhibition we asked the Eckardt employee to take a look at the premises at home. It was agreed that we would be called on Monday to make an appointment. In vain! It can happen. So on Tuesday I called the Eckardt company again. you didn't know anything. Here was another contact person again. He wrote down our contact details again and said they would contact us in the afternoon for an appointment. No call! I tried again today on Friday. But now nobody can be reached anymore. And there is no recall either. I think the subject is over now. And we are now looking elsewhere.

Appointments are easy and flexible. The work was carried out in top quality and much faster than calculated.
