I once gave a Calvin Klein down jacket here. I liked the jacket so much that for the first time in my life I thought I'd better have it professionally cleaned. It was a "high-gloss" jacket, I say, where it shines and shimmers. For the laundry, including impregnation, I paid 19.95, which is just under EUR 20. That's a lot of money for a jacket wash. When I picked up the jacket, it was clean, but the entire shine and character of the jacket was gone. I was not advised of this or no one brought my attention to it. As a layperson, I did not know that after an impregnation the shine disappears, there are professional laundries for that - at least I thought so.
I still have the jacket, but every time I put it on annoyed and give it my second, or maybe third, rating in my life. If you look at price / performance and result, the one star is too much.
