There is no doubt about the friendliness and competence of the gentleman serving me. A day later I called because I had probably left the acknowledged private prescription behind. For me it is cash because I get it reimbursed by the KV. The lady who was on the phone, exactly the opposite of her colleague. Snippy, won't let you finish and said that for privacy reasons it has already been thrown away. A bad joke and a cheek beyond that. Unfortunately, this one lady pulls the whole pharmacy down with her. They won't see me again.
