Friendly staff and good collection of shoes at fair price.
I liked a pair of shoes but they didn't have my size. They told me they could order new ones and post to my address free of cost and if I didn't like them I could return in 2 week. When I got the shoes they were slightly bigger so I returned them. They took the shoes back without any objection.
Much of what is offered here on shoes is apparently geared to keeping it only one season. I will find it very rarely here. Only the range of socks convinces me.
Rather small -> limited selection, nice staff
In the past very unfriendly, especially in complaints, since then I was no longer there
