First class didactically prepared and carried out yoga classes, in which everyone from beginner to professional has fun! You also notice very quickly how much more agile and strong you get. Also for short runner leg muscles ;-)! Thank you very much, Steffi! I never thought that yoga would be so much fun for me!
I have enjoyed going to Steffi's yoga classes for many years. I'm a huge fan! I have never stayed true to a course for so long. Thank you Steffi for still offering the hours in the trade fair city. Keep it up!
I took yoga classes with Steffi for a long time and was thrilled! The exercises are taught great, it is great fun and it is just good for you. The premises in Eglharting are super beautiful and invite you to relax. The atmosphere in the courses was always great. I am infinitely sad that I have not been able to do yoga since I moved here.

A great mix of energy, strength, body awareness, mindfulness, relaxation and philosophy.
Steffi is really a great yoga teacher. With a lot of empathy, know-how and humor she competes in her yoga sessions. She responds well to the different levels and needs. I've been doing yoga with you for almost 4 years. It is a great pleasure.
