I received a test lesson 2 years ago and have since been excited about how effective the training is, even though it's "only" 20 minutes a week. I notice a significant increase in fitness (even while running) and a better body tension.

I was very glad that I discovered the EMS training for me.
The time factor always plays a big role with child, but the 20 minutes personally guided training I can always do well, be super motivated and it is really very efficient.
Every mum knows the subject of back pain and of course the desire to reach a figure as fast as possible before pregnancy.
For me, all the points are fulfilled, and I think the training is perfect for me!
I use the EMS training as compensation for strength training and bouldering. During the 20 minutes of training, the body is required and that without large weights, which has a gentle effect on my body. In addition, the deep muscles are addressed which I could never specifically train during strength training. Likewise, Michael is very competent as a coach. He pays great attention to the correct execution of the exercise, pushes you to the limit and offers many training variations. I can only recommend the EMS impulse to everyone!
