I am very happy with the cleaning of my two antique carpet saddlebags (Khorjin)! Even though I didn't do a repair, the result is outstanding. The colors shine and the bags are now soft and clean again. The advice given by Mr. Richter and his team was characterized by courtesy and professionalism. Thanks a lot

I left my beautiful Loribaff to the Richter company to remove a larger stain. The carpet came after 3 weeks !! back . The stain was almost no longer visible, but now there were stains on the entire carpet (2.50x 1.70). The areas that were previously light are now brownish stained. Mr. Richter said that this was due to the incidence of light and was completely normal. The fact that I also paid 350 euros for this is an additional annoyance. He originally wanted 600 euros. That would have made me startled, it was extremely unreliable. Stay away from such a company !!
