In March, a small thermal bath should be repaired and serviced at an agreed price. The bill was twice as much as initially estimated, despite no additional work. Two fitters came who were on site for 1.5 hours and only talked most of the time. In addition, the plastic thread of the condensation water siphon was broken off during the work and instead of reporting the damage, it was concealed and the siphon was glued on with fabric tape. This was only discovered now after the tape came off and it dripped under the thermal bath. Not worthy of a specialist company, not to report your own damage and try to fix it with adhesive tape. Conclusion: Highly unprofessional and also issued an overpriced invoice!
