When we built our house, we couldn't avoid the services of the Pichler company when it came to connecting the water to the house. This was done seemingly free of defects, as far as one can judge as a layman (water flows from the tap). Of the many craftsmen we had to deal with, the Pichler company was certainly one of the most disgruntled and unfriendly in construction. Had we had the choice, we would have chosen a more cooperative partner.

The alien being STVO I can't say anything about the technical side of this company. There are two things I don't like about the company. (1) I have already been overtaken several times on my bike by Mr. Pichler and his staff. When asked about it, one is only laughed at. Insight or a sense of responsibility are unfortunately not enough. (2) The supplier always stops with his 7.5 ton truck for (un) loading on the sidewalk that is not designed for this weight. It is impossible to pass by on foot without changing the side of the street and the curb itself suffers: the floor slabs in front of the company headquarters have meanwhile sagged.
