The care at Xundheit is absolutely great! Even with serious injuries in your luggage you can train painlessly here, because the trainers are very well trained and always know one and another good variant as an alternative. I arrived there after spinal fractures and I learned a lot and learned a lot about training, thanks again to the whole team! It's also great that you are always so motivated and nice. Here you are totally cheered on, even if it is the simplest exercises. The only drawback is the uncomfortable and sometimes outdated endurance equipment. There are only two cross-trainers from around 1990 and otherwise self-propelled (recumbent) bicycles and treadmills. But otherwise more than worth the money and technically absolute top class! Many studios could learn a thing or two about that. Thanks!

Very competent advice, especially on medical rehab, I am completely satisfied, noticeable after 14 days of improvement.
