Very happy to hear that a place like this is finally opening at Tegernsee.
Andrea has an incredibly great feel for every participant. Your gift of picking up and demanding each individual in a differentiated manner is reflected in your teaching. I myself practice Mysore (Ashtanga) with her regularly. Thanks to their feedback and lessons, I have developed enormously in the last 2 years and have always outgrown myself healthily. She gives the necessary pressure to get ahead, but also knows when to "just let the individual do it". You can tell that she is 100% behind her concept and the success of her students.
In this yoga shala there is a unique, familiar and very pleasant and casual atmosphere. The Ashtanga lessons are both physically-technically and emotionally demanding. Andrea and her team create the perfect balance between physical yoga drills and meditative relaxation. Highly recommended
Great yoga studio with super personable owners. It is a lot of fun and is perfect for everyone who wants to incorporate yoga into their life, no matter if beginner or advanced yogi ... Definitely missing here at Tegernsee 👍
This yoga center is an absolute tip and an enrichment for Lake Tegernsee. Something was missing here at the lake. For me, it was an absolute stroke of luck to be able to train in such a relaxed atmosphere and with top qualified yoga teachers.
