As you have always been used to from Freyung, the Freyung Citizens' Office is an absolute disaster! The "nice" Ms. G. is the best model employee who completely correctly reflects the "great" reputation of the district. To apply for a new passport, you have to come at least 5-10 times because the good woman's photos don't fit (the same ones were used for other biometric documents without any problems) or the door is simply locked in front of your nose during opening hours. You only get receipts after repeated requests. We don't even want to start with business registrations. This also requires a few attempts until it fits. Incomprehensible! In every other office, things like that are done quickly and easily. Not in FRG! Only when cashing in, there is no lump.
