First of all, I have to mention that I am very satisfied with the doctor, but one of the employees in the practice made a mistake that I don't think should happen. (But mistakes happen everywhere) In my case, for the bonus program of my health insurance, I needed a stamp from my family doctor that my vaccination status was up to date. A practice employee checked my vaccination book on October 5th, 2020 and found that something was missing and made an appointment with me on October 7th, 2020. On my day off, October 7th, 2020 at 11 a.m., another employee was on site and she told me after 20 minutes in the waiting room that she didn't have the vaccine here and after a long discussion it turned out that I had the hepatitis A and B vaccinations but do not need. If I still want to have this vaccination, I have to pay the costs of 60 € myself. Dear employee from October 5th, 2020. Couldn't you have done this clarification with me on Monday? Would that have been asking too much? As an electrician, I can't come to your home on the agreed date if you order a socket from me and then say, OH I didn't order the socket !!!
