Dr. Gilfrich is a specialist, as one would not wish him better. He always listens patiently, deals with all questions and requests, explains objectively understandable all open questions and thus dismisses enlightened, reassured patients. His very great expertise appears to him as a matter of course. His objective, friendly nature, combined with the necessary pinch of humor, creates trust and calms down. It's a pity that he did not become a family doctor.
