I NEVER have to wait longer than 30 minutes. The doctors and the helpers are super friendly. Of course, there can be a longer wait because everyone comes as they are funny. But you shouldn't complain. Doctors are only human and not magicians. And if you are unfriendly yourself, which I have unfortunately already noticed, you must not think you get your butt kissed.

Positive: Medical assistants are competent and work fast. Be friendly to every concern. Parking available in front of the building. Negative: doctors are often fully booked. The waiting times are sometimes a bit long. Making an appointment is sometimes a bit difficult.
