The doctors are very friendly. But the reception is very unfriendly. One is not received nicely on the phone! If you urgently need an appointment because you are really not feeling well, then the first thing you do is take a puff on the phone. Of course it is not always easy for you with us patients ... but that is not possible! Keep your eyes open when choosing a career! 😉

I call my doctor at 16:45 on Mondays to arrange an urgent appointment and am greeted directly by the answering machine. He tells me then that I should call during the call times and these are, among other things on Mondays from 15 to 18 o'clock ... Will you fool me here? In addition, the reception, it should work once to get there, usually very rude. No recommendation! ️ I will look for a new doctor myself.
