A very competent doctor, to whom I came on the recommendation of a general practitioner because my previous ENT doctor made two wrong diagnoses. Ms. Kauzmann immediately recognized the problems I had and was able to give me many useful tips.

I had an appointment at 2:30 pm. Was on time and Frau Kauzmann wasn't there. Allegedly because of an emergency. Patients have to be on time Doctors don't have to. It's a shame that I had to give a star. I wouldn't have forgiven anyone. I took extra time off. I was not reached by phone because there was supposedly no number. One lie!

Unfortunately, the whole practice looks beautiful only the medical assistants look unmotivated and the doctor, well, you say nothing

Doctor is great. Unfortunately, the medical assistants are sometimes very unmotivated and moody.
