In this review I would like to expressly Froschauer exclude, since I know him as a friendly competent doctor (as a substitute). Wanted yesterday telef. Order a recipe you can speak for an answering machine. I ordered 1 recipe each for myself and my husband. I clearly communicated with the date of birth, name, drug (including the manufacturer) and the phone number for inquiries. Today around noon, my husband drives to pick up the recipe, not issued because there were ambiguities with the name. So go again, the recipe is not issued, ambiguity because of a thyroid drug (a very common drug). So I go myself, already the third visit within an hour. Now I learn the recipe would first have to be issued and signed, I would like to come back in the afternoon. During which one waits there, the telephone keeps ringing, to which no one answers, at the registration stoically a trainee who does not register the environment. In front of me an elderly man who has requested a transfer the day before that was not issued, is asked to come again. When asked if he could throw it in the mailbox so he does not have to come back, he lives on the corner, he is told that one would not do it. Thankfully I am fit myself 4 times to take the stairs but service, and well organized is different !!!!!!!!!!!

I was in treatment with Mrs. Meisel and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, she is no longer in practice, which I have concealed as a precaution for a few weeks first. If I could have been told ....... Pity!
