Didn't even deserve a star. Small lifting unit incorrectly installed with great damage. .

My first contact with the company Kühhorn came from an emergency (dripping water in the cellar) at the time - and I was thrilled how friendly my emergency call was and how quickly an employee was there with me! For two more repairs, I first tried a sanitary company here at my place of residence, thinking that the journey would be shorter - but there was not even a call back both times after I left a message on the answering machine! Therefore, I remembered the good experience that I had with the company Kühhorn - and from now on I will turn to this competent company! Already with the call one has only friendly office workers on the telephone, which one notes, that they are looking for a fast and customer-oriented solution for the problem! I have now met three craftsmen of the company in operations at my home and can only report positive! Very dedicated and friendly staff, which I can absolutely recommend. My problems were resolved quickly!
