And if you go there in the morning for 3 rolls and have to wait 10 minutes because the employee is standing in front of the coffee machine to wait until it is ready, you get a little annoyed. That was even the branch management. The goods are also touched directly before or after contact with cash. In the beginning everything was ok, but now the service leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, almost no goods were on display at half past eight in the morning. It's also amusing that when you get several things, the employee rolls her eyes. If you don't feel like it, you should just stay at home! The rolls are generally always way too dark! A few weeks ago, an employee made bread rolls without gloves and, of course, accepted money. Hygiene is definitely not very important there. Better go to the competition. Have another one nearby. The price-performance ratio fits well and they are happy if you don't come like the BB bakery.

Buns are way too dark and too hard and the pretzels are covered in salt. I'd rather go to other bakers than eat something like that.

I find it morally reprehensible to charge a 3 cent corona surcharge on each item. We kept the shop going by shopping from you, although we earn significantly less thanks to short-time work. And your shops are running! Thank you now. 3 cents doesn't sound like much, but projected that's a nice sum. The only possible reaction for me: I am now buying from the competition.

Just had a slightly heated discussion (for which I would like to apologize to the seller) with a seller in this branch on Leipziger Straße. It simply cannot be that (very often experienced) you come in around 6:15 a.m. and then a lot of products are not in the display. Perhaps one should think about paying the workers more there so that they start about 15-30 minutes before 6 a.m. shop opening, e.g. Put the rolls in the oven and have the spread products ready in time for the opening time or maybe. rather to staff the branch early in the morning with two employees, e.g. the branch in Nordbahnstr./ Ecke Friedenstr. !!! Because of the service I would give 4.5 stars, but because of the company policy in some branches of the Barbarossa rather 2-3.
