Employees were very rude on the phone. They would ask a question and we would try to answer but the would raise there voice over us. They said we had to go in. We went in and they said that we shouldn't have because we had to register in our village. They failed to tell us this over the phone. Service could definitely be improved.

Such an understandable information from a very friendly staff in an administration, I have never received. He sits in Kaiserslautern at the cadastral office. Thank you!

Had a very bad experience. Met bad employee and manager.
