Worst Experience ever !!! I want to do the city registration. I have filled out all the forms and attached documents and submitted. They told me i will get a letter via post in 2 days. I was waiting and waiting. Then I called them and they said they didn't have my application. They just lost it. I have submitted my original copy. People urge support from Bürgeramt, they are not for your entertainment. Please improve your service. Bdw there is Frau Stein, she was very helpful, she helped me & did the needful 10 min. You need more employees like her .

Too long waiting ques and not even a coffee machine to help you relax in waiting on benches. It seems city government is least interested in maintaining it's good impression.

Persons work really slow . Most of the time they are not on their desk. They tell us the process step by step. And at every step they will send you back and ask to take ticket again. Wait again for 90 or more minutes. There are 12 persons at a time but hardly 4 person will be there at a time to take your issue. Highly exhausted.
