A very good baker. Have tried buttermilk rolls, bacon cakes, cheesecake and a few other sweet things. Simply delicious & traditional. Every day I drove there extra from Bergwitzsee because it was worth it.
Here I am biased. Reason: I've known Axel personally- for a few years- Nevertheless: A (small) assessment. Friendly service, good quality, even SPECIAL REQUESTS are often fulfilled. ONE word: Great.
Apparently this bakery does not need customer friendliness. Although agreed months in advance, there was now complete disinterest in our wedding cake two weeks before the wedding. Incredible.
Axel Klinger bakes cakes that taste just as delicious as grandma's best cakes, I highly recommend this bakery. I also buy something for my loved ones in between, something special.
