I was asked directly on the phone whether I was an existing customer. When I said no, the only answer was "We're not accepting new customers". Even after I pointed out that I have no heating and no hot water and that this is an emergency, I was only told "Yes, but we only do existing customers." I understand that craft businesses are currently very busy and maintenance contracts or orders for the installation of new devices are not accepted due to capacity reasons. But when it comes to emergencies / accidents, as a customer-oriented company you should ask how bad the problem is and try to find a solution. Especially since this company is listed as a partner of DAIKIN (formerly Rotex) as a "local service partner". I.e. when you contact DAIKIN, they tell you to contact the local partner (as in my case).
