I noticed a few times how the employee with the short, black hair likes to pamper clients and colleagues. Such behavior does not work in sales, neither to employees and certainly not to the customers who keep the shop afloat ....

Today I had a bad experience at TeDi. Someone had previously opened the product and put it back on the shelf. And one customer insisted I was open to everything. I tried to explain to the staff but they are rude and didn't believe. End forced me to buy the opened product. I think that product integrity is the responsibility of the employee. And not all we see is the whole truth. My mistake was that I didn't let them know right away, so I had to buy with anger.
I was not very happy to shop here, today I bought a few things from Tedi, the address is Friedrich-König-Strasse 12 in Suhl. Someone had previously opened the notebook and was damaging the outer bag. When we went to the counter, we took another notebook and then put it in the basket, but another customer told the seller that we had to peel the notebook out. We explained that we had not opened this notebook. The seller there ignored our explanation and we had to buy the peeled notebook. I didn't like the attitude of the service staff before I left, I told checkout 1 that it should check the camera before blaming others. I'm very angry
