Employee management should be significantly improved! Why do you have to queue when there are obviously 3-4 employees in the house? 3-4 customers are waiting for an employee cleaning, an employee leaving the sales room and an operator serving and "extensively" explaining the cough drop to the older customers!?! To everyone's delight you hear small talk from the back rooms. The arrogance of the local pharmacies and the associated market power knows no limits. "Real" competition would do this drug distributor very well! The customer is king and not supplicant! I don't need a bag of handkerchiefs and / or secondary junk!

I wanted to force the tea mixture I ordered in a different form more or less. I was not informed of this before the compilation. Customer service is worse than bad.

Modern pharmacy with top service, very good advice and friendly staff. Things that are not in stock will be delivered to your home free of charge, if you so wish (in the vicinity of the branches). There are three branches (Suhl, Zella-Mehlis and Schleusingen). Bonus system for regular customers (customer card) available.
