I was a customer for over 15 years, after the last consultation on the subject of saving money, we deleted all three savings bank accounts. A savings bank is not a bank after all.

I have been a customer of Sparkasse Elmshorn for 10 years and have always enjoyed honest advice. Since becoming self-employed, I now have two consultants (one for private and one for business). Mr. Bielefeldt from the corporate customer department is extremely helpful, honest and takes care of my concerns as quickly as possible. Communication is very simple (people like to pick up the phone to clarify things). This enables various business transactions to be processed quickly. Real estate financing also went quickly. Mr. Bielefeldt gave me some tips that I am very grateful for. That is one of the reasons why, despite slightly higher conditions, I have the property financed through Mr. Bielefeldt. Thank you!
I know numerous banks, both privately and professionally, and always feel well advised in the main branch of Sparkasse Elmshorn. The service is really first class and when it comes to online banking, for example, you have to deal with professionals who know what they are talking about. You don't get gossiped here either, which I find particularly positive. Telephone service is also first class.
