Unfortunately focused on selling. Account management fees are increasing, 90% of phone calls and emails revolve around the sale of further insurance or very expensive financing. The advice has unfortunately been getting worse for years or has never been really good. Young customers are laughed at instead of being advised. Unfortunately, the business model is out of date and the high salaries of the board members are being made up for by increased contributions from small investors. I may also have had a lot of bad luck with the consultants, but unfortunately there was no improvement in sight even after several years of proposed solutions. I have now chosen a competitor.
