Good gym with great staff. Has everything needed to get a solid workout in. Best gym on Ramstein...although feels small for the size of the base it supports, so can be overcrowded at peak times.

Hurry up and open. I’m getting fatter by the day. Ha good fitness area but a little confusing layout. Better signs would help but it is what it is. Has everything you need and an amazing friendly staff

Solid gym. Lots of different equipment and very friendly and helpful staff. Bit overcrowded by all the service members directly before and after day shift. Great massages given in the back. Ask for Joerg!

Do not judge a book by its cover. This gym is the best on Ramstein. They have new equipment the staff is friendly and it’s a great place to workout to keep in shape. You don’t feel like you have to wait around to use the equipment.

The facility has a good variety of equipment to include cardio, free weights, machines, one racquet ball court, and crossfit/ alpha warrior equipment. You can also work with a personal trainer or get a massage for a fee. Be sure to register to get 24/7 access. The major cons for this gym is the parking and how busy it becomes at times. Also, if you are looking for a basketball court or outdoor track then you will want to go to the Southside Fitness Center.
