Always nice and always ready to help - there is no other way to describe the boss and Svenja, who is employed there. The wash center itself is also clean and tidy and the opening times, whether in the week, on weekends or on public holidays, are also ideal for working people. 5 stars from me

The washing center is centrally located at the train station, and there is a separate parking lot. The washing center, is a self-service center, was lucky that there was a woman there who I mistakenly mistook for an employee. Afterwards I found out when changing money that I could have gotten help there. There is a large table for folding laundry. Dryers looked clean, which cannot be said of the washing machines. They look like they were last cleaned at the beginning of the year (Sep 2020). Fortunately, I only needed the dryer. And that's what I say as a man ..... !!!

I don't have a washing machine and only wash my clothes 1-2 times in three months. That is why the laundrette is justified, as it is for other people.

Pretty unsanitary. Machines are not cleaned. There are stuck detergent residues in the detergent compartment. There is hair in the drum and in the dryer. It should urgently be properly cleaned on a regular basis. Laundry detergent is free. You can change money there. Update: new attempt, extra little powder used, laundry came out with white stains from the washing powder and the sweater still had dry spots because water was saved. Very annoying when you have to do the laundry twice. In future I'll only go to Itzehoe, I've never had that there. The operator will not care because many customers are not mobile.
