Worst cleaning in Elmshorn. Dealing with customers or people in general still has to be learned here. The older lady who serves the customers just doesn't feel like the work and that's exactly what she exudes. That's why I didn't have high expectations of the service, so thank you for nothing. The lady couldn't explain to me why the stain wasn't removed! Professional work looks different.

I don't understand the negative reviews. After I had very bad experiences with cleaning J .... t in Elmshorn, I went there. Once a year I have my down coat cleaned. Just picked up and I'm absolutely thrilled: it's never been so clean! It really is like new! So I'll be a regular customer, even if only once a year!

All stains could be removed from my light-colored coat. Top performance at a fair price!

I will never give an item of clothing there again. I can only agree with everyone else, very annoyed employee, allegedly my coat was cleaned, but it looked the same as before.

Very unfriendly staff, 3 weeks waiting time instead of 1 week as stated and then the stitching was not even implemented as discussed! Pure disappointment, no recommendation!
