Unbelievable prices, either I was deducted or it's just Wucha! In comparison: 1.80-3.50 € (3.50 maximum price) costs a nasal spray from ratiopharm. At this pharmacy I paid a full 6.55 !!!!! FOR A SMALL PACK ???? Well, I have to say 2.50 emergency service surcharge, nevertheless 4.05 € ??????? It's unbelievable, not even a receipt ... Cashier relatively tall, short dark gray hair. So these are not justified prices! Never again.

Everything great. Totally nicely designed pharmacy with lots of parking spaces. Centrally located in the supermarket. When it comes to customer friendliness, there is still a lot of room for improvement with one or the other employee, but I always got the same a parking lot.

Actually, I was halfway satisfied, but then my last purchase came there ... I was served by the boss, and I have to say honestly, I haven't seen anything unfriendly in a long time. Every question was too much ... Sure, in times of Corona there is a lot going on in the pharmacies. But one should never forget that the customer keeps the pharmacies alive. And then the fact that e.g. Paracetamol is sold for almost twice as in all other pharmacies, is the I-point on the whole ... So you have lost a well paying customer that every other pharmacy will be happy about.

Rude service, overpriced prices, was the last time there!

I redeemed a prescription in this pharmacy. I later noticed that I was given the wrong medication. So I went there again and asked if I could still get the right medication. I was told that the prescription does not contain a special medication, but only an ingredient, and that it is therefore not possible. I believed that and therefore called my practice to get a new prescription (with the name of the drug). The practice staff assured me that the name of the drug was on the prescription and was "visibly" confused by the statement from the Adler pharmacy. I recently had an operation on my nose and I can hardly smell anything. So the drug is very important for the regeneration of my olfactory cells and the recovery of my sense of smell. My health is too precious for me to continue entrusting it to the Adler pharmacy.
