Just at the pharmacy because of wasp stings. The broad saleswoman with the short hair had neither knowledge in the field of drugs nor with the German laws. Incompetent and unfriendly !!

If I could I wouldn't give a star. I stood with my husband in front of a locked door twenty minutes before the pharmacy closed Thursday. We wanted to buy important painkillers. When we rang the doorbell, since we saw the saleswoman standing behind the counter, we were not even noticed. Instead, the shop assistant just shook her head.
